Do I need billing or medical knowledge to refer?
Not at all. Your job is the introduction. Our certified RCM team handles the consultation, onboarding, payer enrollment, and the ongoing revenue cycle — you simply connect us with the provider.
How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are calculated on the collections we process for your referred practice each month. After a 30-day holding period and once you've reached the $100 minimum, payouts are issued monthly by the 15th to your chosen method.
How long do I keep earning per referral?
You earn your commission for 12 months from the date the referred practice goes live with OneMed Billing. There's no limit on how many practices you can refer.
Who qualifies as a partner?
Consultants, EHR and practice-management vendors, MSOs, device and lab reps, and anyone with genuine relationships with healthcare providers. You must be 18+ and applications are reviewed before approval.
What isn't allowed?
No spam, misleading claims, self-referrals, or paid search bidding on OneMed branded keywords. We protect provider trust and HIPAA compliance above everything — referrals must be genuine.
What does the referred practice get?
End-to-end revenue cycle management: eligibility verification, prior authorization, coding, claim submission, denial management, AR follow-up, and payment posting — with real-time reporting and dedicated support.
