Leadership

The people accountable for your revenue cycle.

Physician groups, MSOs, hospitals, imaging centres, behavioral health practices and urgent care networks are entitled to know who is responsible for their revenue and their patient data. Below are the leaders who run OneMed Billing, our global commercial team, the specialist functions beneath them, and how accountability works once you become a client — including who you escalate to when something goes wrong.

Executive Leadership

Who runs OneMed Billing

Six leaders covering vision, client relationships, delivery, revenue cycle and compliance. Every profile links directly to LinkedIn — we’d rather you verified us than took our word for it.

VG

Vishal Gupta

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Vishal founded OneMed Billing in 2020 and leads its vision, culture and long-term direction. He brings more than twenty years of experience across several industries and has built and established multiple companies in India. His focus is organisational: the standards the company holds itself to, the quality expected of delivery teams, and the accountability structure clients rely on. He is deliberate about growth, preferring the organisation to be genuinely capable of supporting a client before taking one on.

VG

Vinay Gupta (Jeremy)

Director of Business Development

Vinay is the leader most clients meet first. He works with healthcare organisations to understand how their revenue cycle actually runs — where claims stall, which denials recur, which stages are worth outsourcing — before any proposal is discussed. In the industry since 2012, with over a decade in revenue cycle transformation and healthcare consulting, he leads discovery, solution design and strategic partnerships. His approach is diagnostic: as willing to say a current setup is working as to recommend change.

SG

Sabyasachi Ghosh

Director of Client Success

Sabyasachi leads client success and takes ownership once an engagement begins — onboarding, account management and the long-term relationship. With more than ten years of experience, his focus is what determines whether a partnership lasts: whether discovery commitments hold in practice, whether issues surface before a client notices them, and whether reporting answers what clients actually need. Escalations reach him directly.

AS

Abhishek Singh

Director of Operations

Abhishek runs delivery operations — the systems, staffing and process discipline that decide whether service holds up on a difficult week as well as an ordinary one. He has worked since 2008 and in revenue cycle management since 2013, long enough to have seen how small process gaps compound quietly before they appear in any report. His remit covers workflow design, capacity planning, workforce management and execution quality across delivery teams.

AS

Aman Sharma

Director of Revenue Cycle

Aman leads revenue cycle strategy and is OneMed’s senior authority on how claims behave — through coding, charge capture, submission, denials, appeals and accounts receivable. His attention goes where revenue is lost rather than where it is visible: recurring denial causes, underpayments accepted as correct, claims ageing past filing windows. Aman began his career alongside Abhishek Singh and the two have worked together since.

MK

Manpreet Kaur

Head of Compliance Training & Human Resources

Manpreet leads compliance training and human resources — at a healthcare services company, closer to one discipline than two. Everyone with access to protected health information is trained before that access is granted, and retrained as regulations and payer requirements change. With over nine years of experience, she owns hiring standards, onboarding, role-based training and HIPAA education. Access rights and training records are documented, which is what makes an audit trail meaningful.

Operational Leadership

Ten specialist functions, each with dedicated leadership

Below the executive team, OneMed is organised into specialist functions rather than generalist pools. Each is led by an experienced manager and staffed by people who work that discipline full time — which is what makes it possible to assign a coder who knows your specialty rather than one who happens to be free.

Workforce Management

Function leads are named to clients during onboarding. They aren’t published here because the list changes as the organisation grows, and a page listing people who have moved on is worse than one that doesn’t list them at all.

Specialist Brands

The OneMed Ecosystem

Revenue cycle work spans disciplines that need genuine depth rather than a single generalist team. Each brand below is a specialist practice within OneMed, sharing the same compliance standards, security controls and accountability structure.

OneMed Billing

Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management

End-to-end RCM across the full claim lifecycle — eligibility, prior authorization, charge entry, claim submission, denial management, appeals and accounts receivable follow-up.

OneMed Coding

Medical Coding & Audits

Certified coding across specialties, plus coding audits and documentation reviews that identify both under-coding and over-coding exposure.

OneMed Marketing

Healthcare Marketing & Growth

Practice growth, patient acquisition and digital presence for healthcare organisations, built by people who understand how clinics actually run.

OneMed Chronicle

News, Education & Insights

Healthcare industry reporting, coding and regulatory education, and analysis of payer and policy changes that affect reimbursement.

RPM CCM Billing

Remote Care Billing

Specialist billing for remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, remote therapeutic monitoring and advanced primary care management programmes.

AutoMed Billing

Automation & AI Solutions

Technology-led revenue cycle tooling — a distinct product practice, separate from the specialist teams who perform coding and billing work on client accounts.

One relationship, one contract, one escalation path — whichever brands your engagement draws on.

Why Enterprise Providers Choose Us

Built for organisations that ask hard questions

Enterprise healthcare buyers run security reviews, request certificates and ask where data sits. These are the answers before you have to ask for them.

600+ revenue cycle professionals

Specialist teams across coding, billing, AR, credentialing and prior authorization — not a generalist pool rotating between accounts.

HIPAA-compliant workflows

A Business Associate Agreement is executed before any access to protected health information. Training precedes access, and access is documented.

Enterprise security

Role-based least-privilege permissions, encrypted access and comprehensive audit logging. Certificate details available on request.

Dedicated client success

A named owner for your account from onboarding onward, with an escalation path agreed at the start rather than improvised later.

Global delivery model

US headquarters for contracting and escalation, with dedicated delivery centres working your hours.

Specialised healthcare expertise

Specialty-aligned coders and payer- specific knowledge across 30+ specialties and 75+ EMR, PMS and healthcare platforms.

In Practice

What accountability looks like on your account

An organisation chart is only useful if it tells you who to call. Here is how it works from your side.

BEFORE YOU SIGN

Vinay Gupta

Leads discovery, understands how your revenue cycle runs today, and designs what the engagement should cover — including recommending against changes that aren’t needed.

ONBOARDING ONWARD

Sabyasachi Ghosh

Takes ownership once work begins. Owns the relationship, the reporting cadence, and whether what was promised in discovery is what actually happens.

DAY TO DAY

Your named team

Specialty-aligned coders and billers assigned to your account, with function leads named to you at onboarding rather than hidden behind a queue.

WHEN IT GOES WRONG

Escalation path

Client success first, then operations and revenue cycle leadership. Escalation routes are agreed at onboarding, not improvised during a problem.

If you can’t name the person accountable for your account at your current billing vendor, that’s worth noticing.

LET’S TALK

Speak to the people who’d run your account

A discovery call is a conversation with the leader who’d design your engagement — not a scripted demo. Bring the difficult questions about data residency, security, accountability and what happens if it doesn’t work out.

  • No obligation, and no pressure to hand over the whole cycle
  • BAA executed before any records are shared
  • Certificate details, security documentation and references on request
