Fulfilment Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Fulfillment Policy outlines the service delivery framework for OneMed Billing, a Delaware-based medical billing company operating as a unit of OneMed and A2Z Solutions Pvt Ltd. This policy governs the provision of our medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) services, ensuring clarity and compliance with industry standards.

2. Service Fulfilment Process

OneMed Billing provides digital medical billing and revenue cycle management services, which encompass:

  • Client onboarding and system integration, typically completed within 3-10 business days from contract execution.
  • Processing of medical claims, payment posting, and denial management per the agreed-upon service terms.
  • Generation of financial reports and performance analytics as required by the client.

 

3. Delivery Mechanism

All services are rendered digitally via secure online portals, encrypted email communication, and integrated billing platforms. Clients receive secure access credentials, periodic reports, and real-time updates through designated communication channels.

4. Service Timelines

  • Client onboarding: 3-10 business days from contract execution.
  • Claims processing: Completed within 1-2 business days from receipt of complete documentation.
  • Payment posting: Updated within 1-2 business days post-remittance.
  • Denial resolution and appeals: Initiated within 1-2 business days upon notification.

 

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Given the nature of digital service delivery, OneMed Billing does not provide refunds for services rendered. Clients wishing to terminate services must provide a 30-day prior written notice, as stipulated in the service agreement. Any outstanding financial obligations must be settled before termination.

6. Dispute Resolution Mechanism

Clients with concerns regarding service Fulfilment should contact OneMed Billing at info@onemedbilling.org for resolution. If disputes remain unresolved, they will be addressed in accordance with the governing law and dispute resolution provisions outlined in the service agreement.
